Type the name of your event and sign in. Macaly builds the invitation, the program and the reply form from that name, and you keep changing the RSVP page in the chat until it reads the way you want.
You send it. Publishing puts the RSVP page on a free macaly.app address, and you paste that address into the group chat, message or email you were going to send anyway. Every new version goes live at the same address, so the link keeps working.
No. Guests open the link, read the details and tap their answer right on the RSVP page, from any phone or computer.
Yes. A plus one, a meal choice, staying the night, an arrival time or a note for the host: say what you need to know in the chat, and the RSVP form asks it.
Into your project's database, as one guest list with each name, answer and note. You read it on your host page, you can download a backup of the database as a ZIP, and the agent can add a download button that gives you the list as a spreadsheet.
Yes. Ask for a password, an invite code or a sign-in with Google, and only people who have it get in. Without one, anyone with the link can open the page, so keep a home address behind the code.
Yes. Say the new date in the chat and publish, and the invitation, the program and the form all update. The link stays the same, so nobody needs a new one.
Yes, you can build and publish an RSVP page without paying. A free account gives you one published project on a macaly.app address with the Macaly badge. Your own domain and the larger plans are paid.
No. The invitations on this page run only in your browser. Tapping an answer changes the card and the count and nothing else, and the events are made up.
Birthdays, dinners, reunions, workshops, club nights, leaving drinks, a christening or a housewarming. Anything with a date and a guest list.
